Job Description:
Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
  • We are seeking an IBM TRIRIGA Application Administrator to manage and support the TRIRIGA platform across various corporate functions, ensuring smooth operation, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining data integrity, and enhancing user experience through automation and reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support IBM TRIRIGA applications across corporate functions including space management, lease administration, maintenance, and capital projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into TRIRIGA configurations or enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within TRIRIGA.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with IBM support or internal technical teams for resolution.
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular audits and monitoring.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption and effective use of TRIRIGA.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Support integration of TRIRIGA with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Finance, ERP).
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with IBM TRIRIGA in a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of IWMS concepts and TRIRIGA modules (e.g., Real Estate, Facilities, Operations).
  • Experience with TRIRIGA application configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Should Have:
  • IBM TRIRIGA certification or formal training (preferred).
  • Experience with TRIRIGA integrations using APIs or middleware.
  • Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or BIRT reporting.
  • Experience in industries such as real estate, healthcare, higher education, or manufacturing.
