Position Title: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support key business decisions across the organization. You will design and deliver ETL pipelines using Palantir Foundry and other analytics tools, transforming complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
• Write optimized SQL queries to build robust and efficient data pipelines in Palantir Foundry, ensuring high performance and reliability of data workflows.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate requirements into effective analytical solutions.
• Visualize data and present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and processes for transparency and reproducibility.
• Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and standard/ad hoc reports using Microsoft Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications education, work experience, certifications:

• 2 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical/data-driven role.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with querying and manipulating data using SQL or similar languages.
• Proficient in data visualization and data storytelling to drive understanding and decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with dimensional data models and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for building and deploying reports and dashboards.
• Experience in analytics for Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, or Supply Planning is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Knowledge of data science languages like Python is a plus
