Job Title: Atlassian Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Atlassian Project Manager with expertise in project management, Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, JSM), and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). The ideal candidate will drive effective project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration, workflow optimization, and Agile implementation across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and optimize Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, JSM) to enhance productivity.
  • Facilitate Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth implementation of Scrum and Kanban.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and KPIs are met.
  • Monitor project workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance on Atlassian tool integrations and best practices.
  • Ensure clear communication and documentation for stakeholders using Confluence.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Strong expertise in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, JSM).
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
