Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Local Requirements Manager to provide expertise in support of the BluSCI network. This position will be located in San Antonio, TX and will be an onsite only position.
Responsibilities
Requirement Manager will be responsible for developing, assessing, validating, and prioritizing requirements and associated requirements products. Will be responsible for interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements. Assesses requirement issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring requirement progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and managers.
Qualifications
High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: Must have DoD Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. - Act as the central focal point for gathering local IT Requirements and ensure they are routed to the proper work centers for action, as well as keep the customer informed and up to date on project status
- Review each requirement to ensure all required information is provided by the submitter and execute appropriate revisions
- Evaluate each requirement to ensure all required information is provided.
- Oversee routine small requirements from beginning to closure
- All duties performed are to follow procedures IAW TO 00-33A-1001 Chapter 18 and local guidance
- Ensure all assigned requirements are tracked in Government approved Software systems
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
- Redirects issues to appropriate resource if necessary
Qualifications
High School with 3 - 6 years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: Must have DoD Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have current Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification 4
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders and collaborate with other team members
- Must be knowledgeable of current technological issues and advancements
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Service Now Knowledge
- CompTIA Project+ or requirements Management (RM) Certification
- Must be able to e ffectively communicates step-by-step solutions to end-users
