Join a team that powers communication and keeps people connected. As a Telecommunications Technician Lead, you'll take the lead in installing and maintaining core data infrastructure across large commercial and healthcare environments.
In this role, you'll be responsible for running core data through major facilities throughout the Nashville region. If you're an experienced low voltage technician, we have multiple opportunities available for you to explore.
This position also offers the chance to step into a leadership role-helping manage projects and gaining valuable experience guiding teams in the field.
Description
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems and equipment.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot network issues.
Configure and program telecommunications devices and systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless network connectivity.
Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and service activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in telecommunications or related field.
Knowledge of telecommunications systems, including routers, switches, and cabling.
Familiarity with VoIP, PBX systems, and network protocols.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to adapt to changing technologies and requirements.
