Job Details
Role: Telco Lead to Order and Fulfillment UAT Lead
Work location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6 Months

Primary job duties/responsibilities:
- Apply a strong background in the telecom and satellite communications (SatCom) domain, specifically in the L2O and Order to Cash (O2C) lifecycles.
- Utilize knowledge of core telecom processes for building UAT plan and delivery, such as:
- Order Management and fulfillment
- Provisioning and activation
- Billing, tax, and invoicing
- Inventory control and service delivery
- Create, manage, and communicate the overall UAT test plan, including the scope, approach, timelines, and entry/exit criteria for the "Lead to Order to Cash" process.
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to define clear UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria based on business and functional requirements.
- Work with IT and business teams to ensure the test environment and data are ready and accurately reflect real-world telecom workflows.
