Junior Data Analyst (2 Openings)

Location: Hybrid in Hartford, CT
Start Date: February 8, 2026
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

About the Role

Join a well-known insurance company as a Junior Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience or coming off an internship who is sharp, eager to learn, and ready to grow. You'll work on ETL processes and SQL-based data solutions within a collaborative Scrum team of 10 members, supporting multiple projects that drive data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes for enterprise data systems.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Assist in modifying and maintaining existing databases and data pipelines.
  • Test and troubleshoot data workflows, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to meet data requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience considered).
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts and SQL.
  • Familiarity with Python and cloud database environments is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
