Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in the vibrant city of New York. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market visits to assess listings and competitors, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • Execute cold outreach to potential and former hosts, developing and refining sales strategies.
  • Engage with local communities and digital forums to identify and connect with potential hosts and influencers.
  • Experiment with new strategies and rapidly prototype operational processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to test and refine messaging.

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proactive self-starter with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with cold calling and digital engagement.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in customer success, outbound sales, or community engagement.
  • Passion for hospitality and real estate.
