Permanent opening for a Technical Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing automation solutions. This is not just a management role you ll stay close to the tech while building and mentoring a high-performing team, ensuring scalable and strategic SFMC implementations across the organization.
*This role will require onsite work on a hybrid basis in Dallas, TX*
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a growing SFMC team: hiring, coaching, and managing performance.
Define and drive SFMC platform strategy aligned with business and IT goals.
Oversee architecture, integrations, data management, and development standards for SFMC.
Manage vendors, budgets, and end-to-end project delivery.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, marketing stakeholders, and leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.).
2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
Hands-on proficiency with AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript, and SQL.
Strong understanding of SFMC data models and experience integrating external systems via APIs, MuleSoft, or other tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
SFMC certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant, Admin).
Agile/Scrum experience.
Budget and vendor management experience.
