Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product vision by conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, and gathering customer insights.
Create and refine prioritized product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to foster innovation and achieve product objectives.
Translate customer feedback and industry data into actionable product features that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
Define and monitor product performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to iterate on features and improve outcomes.
Communicate product updates, milestones, and strategies to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Coordinate and oversee activities of product team members, such as business analysts and UX designers, to optimize workflows and processes.
Support the integration of legacy systems and cloud technologies where needed to enhance product functionality.
Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new and existing SaaS products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, product management principles, and tools such as Atlassian Jira.
Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Business acumen with a data-driven approach to solving complex problems and aligning technical decisions with strategic goals.
Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and a customer-focused approach to product development.
Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in fast-paced settings.
Familiarity with SaaS products and legacy system integrations is highly desirable.
