Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Remote. Candidate to be in East Cost only.
Job Description: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support its treasury and banking operations by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of treasury processes, cash management, and banking systems, along with the ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and support the delivery of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with treasury, cash management, and corporate banking stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze, model, and improve treasury workflows including liquidity management, bank account management, and intercompany cash flows.
Coordinate with IT and external vendors on solution design, testing, and deployment.
Create user stories, use cases, and process diagrams to support development teams.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end users during rollout

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a banking or financial services environment, preferably with exposure to treasury operations.
Strong understanding of banking products, payments, and cash management.
Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking APIs/host-to-host connections.
Proficient in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
