Job Description
We are seeking two Junior System Administrators to support a small IT team during a transitional period following a recent organizational change. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys tackling technical challenges and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with a lean IT team, managing support tickets, maintaining infrastructure, and contributing to day-to-day operations as if you were part of a startup-style team.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by managing and resolving IT service tickets.
- Maintain and support infrastructure across Windows and macOS environments.
- Assist with Azure-related tasks and configurations.
- Support on-site AV equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
- Document processes clearly and accurately.
- Embrace a learning mindset-experiment, learn from mistakes, and iterate quickly.
Required Skills
- Experience with system administration in Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small-team setting.
Additional Qualifications
- Prior experience in a small IT team or startup environment is a plus.
- Comfortable with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
