Job Description

We are seeking two Junior System Administrators to support a small IT team during a transitional period following a recent organizational change. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys tackling technical challenges and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with a lean IT team, managing support tickets, maintaining infrastructure, and contributing to day-to-day operations as if you were part of a startup-style team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support by managing and resolving IT service tickets.
  • Maintain and support infrastructure across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Assist with Azure-related tasks and configurations.
  • Support on-site AV equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Document processes clearly and accurately.
  • Embrace a learning mindset-experiment, learn from mistakes, and iterate quickly.

Required Skills

  • Experience with system administration in Windows and macOS environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small-team setting.

Additional Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a small IT team or startup environment is a plus.
  • Comfortable with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
