Primary Modules: Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing (RCM), Onboarding
Location: REMOTE(USA)
Engagement : This will be a gig style project.
For Example: 200 hours work or 300 hours work in 2 to3 months.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant to join our project team. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end data migration effort for the implementation of the Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing (RCM), and Onboarding modules. You will ensure the accurate, clean, and timely transfer of candidate and employee data from legacy systems into SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Migration Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall data migration plan for Recruiting, RCM, and Onboarding, including timelines, resources, and risks.
- Data Analysis & Mapping: Analyze legacy data from source systems (e.g., ATS, spreadsheets, HRIS) and map it to the corresponding SAP SuccessFactors fields and structures.
- Template Creation: Design and build data migration templates in alignment with business requirements and SuccessFactors data models.
- Data Cleansing & Validation: Work with business stakeholders to identify, cleanse, and validate data to ensure integrity and quality before loading.
- Extraction, Transformation, Loading (ETL): Perform extraction from source systems, transform data to meet target requirements, and load it into SuccessFactors using tools like Data Migration Manager (DMM) and Import/Export templates.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct mock migration cycles, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolve any data-related defects.
- Go-Live & Cutover: Execute the final data migration cutover plan for go-live and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, project managers, and business HR teams to ensure a smooth data transition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Consultant on at least 2-3 full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Must-have hands-on experience with data migration for Recruiting Management (RMK), Recruiting Marketing (RCM), and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
- Expert proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Manager (DMM) and Import/Export services.
- Strong understanding of the data models and interdependencies between Recruiting, RCM, Onboarding, and other SF modules (like EC).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting or Onboarding.
- Experience with other ETL or data management tools.
- Understanding of GDPR and other data privacy regulations relevant to candidate data.
