Our client is introducing a new digital product to an established network of customers; they are seeking a Program Manager (or very senior level Project Manager) to assist with this product introduction. We are seeking candidates that has worked with multiple stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to complete several business and technical deliveries within multiple workstreams inside this project.
Required Skills
Bachelors degree + 8 years of leading Project Portfolios as a Project and/or Program Management (12 years if no degree)
Prior experience in large, very complex, environments supporting multiple work streams (in both tech and business deliveriables) is critically important.
Prior full budget control of min $5M of project spend
Experience, as a Program/Project Manager, introducing a new Digital Product to an established customer base
Big Plus: prior Healthcare Payor industry experience
Big Plus: PMP certification
Expertise in both IT and business tracks; experience in strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms.
Experience managing schedules, pulling together tech and non tech teams for project compliance/update calls, vendor interaction support, risk management, escalations, etc-
Experience in execution of multiple related development projects simultaneously, with working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle and the Project Management Lifecycle. This will be built on a track record of implementing business solutions in core critical technologies
Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
PM tools: Jira, KeyedIn (preferred), Visio
