Role Overview
The Director of Staffing Sales is a revenue-generating leadership role responsible for bringing new sales into the company by acquiring new US IT staffing clients and converting prospects into long-term revenue accounts. This role owns the full sales lifecycle and is accountable for building a strong pipeline of billable IT staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct sales revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing new US IT staffing clients.
- Bring new business to the company by securing new logos, MSAs, and preferred vendor relationships.
- Generate consistent IT staffing requirements (contract, C2H, permanent) that convert into placements and revenue.
- Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, cold outreach, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and expand relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, MSPs, and VMS platforms.
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful fulfillment of roles and faster time-to-fill.
- Grow revenue within acquired accounts through repeat business and expanded staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and revenue reporting for leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven success in US IT staffing sales with measurable revenue results.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and bring in new clients, not just manage existing ones.
- Strong understanding of US IT requirements, staffing rates, margins, and hiring models.
- Experience working with MSP/VMS-driven clients and direct end clients.
- Strong hunter mentality with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Placements converted into recurring revenue
