HM Notes: Hands-on workforce scheduling experience is required. Highly visible role with leadership involvement.
Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Job Summary:
o We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Scheduling Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Workforce Scheduling solutions for US and Canada regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, implementation experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver scalable workforce management solutions.
o This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on functional leadership, and Oracle HCM expertise to ensure seamless integration and optimized business processes in a hybrid work environment.
Top Required Skills:
o Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Scheduling implementation experience (Must-have)
o Absence & Core HR secondary skills (Preferred)
o Fast Formulas nice to have (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead the design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Scheduling solutions to optimize workforce management processes.
o Oversee the integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and smooth data flow.
o Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
o Provide subject matter expertise and best-practice guidance on Oracle Workforce Scheduling.
o Ensure solutions meet business, compliance, and operational requirements for US & Canada.
o Drive process improvements, system efficiency, and user experience enhancements.
o Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Skills:
o Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications. No strict minimum years for workforce scheduling, but at least one relevant implementation/project experience is expected.
o Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strong understanding of Human Resources processes.
o Technical knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration.
o Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
o Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non- technical stakeholders.
o Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
o Technical Skills: HCM Implementation Oracle HCM Cloud.
