RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a talented and collaborative User Experience Designer to join their team. As a key member of our design team, the User Experience Designer will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and iterate on user-centric design solutions, including process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
* Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors
* Plan and facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive effective collaboration
* Collaborate closely with product owners to understand requirements, check on adoption, and establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement
* Synthesize quick mock-ups for A/B testing to validate and refine design concepts
* Utilize business analysis or process analysis background to align design solutions with business goals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
* Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong communication skills to articulate and justify design decisions
* Experience working with Agile methodologies
* Proficiency in Figma to create and share design artifacts with stakeholders
* Proficiency in Figma is preferred
* Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in designing within its ecosystem is a plus
* Salesforce experience is a plus
* Background as a business analyst or process analyst is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
