12+Month Contract

The Business Systems Analyst will work with the Small Package Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) development team gathering business and functional requirements, supporting strategic initiatives that span multiple Client business Products in a constantly evolving customer facing environment. The Business Systems Analyst elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects, determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems, verifies that proposed solutions meet EDI standards, and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. He/She collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise.

<>Skill/Experience/Education</>Mandatory Skills
Experience with Agile Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis and Sprint Planning Knowledge of Structured Systems Analysis and Requirements Elicitation Experience with Agile and Scrum Concepts, Negotiation and Requirements Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to Detail Self-Motivated Learner

Desired Skills
Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange standards and documentation Familiarity with the Scrum Master role and responsibilities
