Job Title: Program Manager - III (Telecom Supply Chain & Procurement)
Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 6-month W2 contract (possible extension)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Program Manager with 5-8 years of experience in telecom supply chain, procurement, and process improvement. The role focuses on optimizing procurement workflows, driving efficiencies, and aligning processes with business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct current and future state process mapping to streamline supply chain and procurement operations.

  • Manage deliverables for transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Engage with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and ensure alignment on business objectives.

  • Utilize data analytics to assess process performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Expertise in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

  • Six Sigma or relevant certifications preferred.

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced telecom environment.
