- Design and Develop Automated Test Cases
- Utilize Tricentis TOSCA to create and maintain automated test cases for Salesforce applications, including Classic and Lightning interfaces. Leverage TOSCA's model-based testing to streamline test creation without extensive scripting.
- Integration and Configuration
- Set up and configure the TOSCA Salesforce Automation Engine to connect with Salesforce environments. Ensure seamless integration for testing workflows such as lead generation, data migration, and workflow automation.
- Test Execution and Reporting
- Execute both manual and automated test scenarios, perform regression testing, and analyze test results. Document defects using tools like JIRA and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Test Data and Environment Management
- Manage test data using TOSCA's Test Data Management (TDM) capabilities. Ensure consistent and reusable test data sets for various Salesforce modules and maintain test environments for optimal performance.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with QA, development, and business teams in Agile environments. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
