• Project Planning & Execution: Expertise in end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, scheduling, resource coordination, and execution within time and regulatory constraints.
• Reporting & Documentation: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and collaboration tools like SharePoint for producing project plans, dashboards, and status updates.
• Data Visualization & Insights: Experience with Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs, project metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Methodology Flexibility: Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; ability to tailor approach based on project needs.
• Industry Context: Capital markets or trading product experience working with financial instruments (like stocks, bonds, derivatives), supporting trade execution, and managing systems or projects tied to trading, investment, or regulatory processes.

Resource will be responsible for ensuring effective project governance, portfolio management, reporting, and process adherence. This role will provided project managers, and stakeholders with the tools, templates, and guidance necessary to deliver project successfully.

Conduct quality checks on project documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy

Support internal and external audits related to project delivery

Maintain and improve PMO templates, guidelines, and knowledge repositories

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Detailed-oriented with robust analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Adaptable to changing priorities and organizational needs Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams
