About this Position / Responsibilities
- Provide daily functional support to end users in Payroll department across Kronos time keeping and Peoplesoft Payroll module.
- Lead and support the configuration, testing, and implementation of changes in Kronos time keeping and Peoplesoft Payroll module.
- Assist in Payroll production close processes, including:
o Running and analyzing time interfaces from Kronos
o Supporting the generation and distribution of payroll analytical reports. - Involve in UKG Pro Workforce Management support and implementation.
- Develop and execute complex ad-hoc queries using reporting tool to support transactional and payroll data analysis for business users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and interface issues and ensure integration points function as expected.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience supporting end users in payroll department.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple Kronos Time Keeping.
- Strong knowledge of time keeping principles and experience with payroll data analysis.
- Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Kronos employee time and leave issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, or related field.
- Experience with Kronos WFC 8 and UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools
