Scrum Master Opportunity

Are you a collaborative leader passionate about Agile principles and team growth? We’re seeking a Scrum Master to support our development teams in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & Oversee: Lead project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate & Facilitate: Plan and execute sprint ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

  • Coach & Empower: Mentor teams in Agile and Scrum best practices to encourage growth and self-organization.

  • Communicate & Collaborate: Promote open communication and collaboration across teams to enhance visibility and teamwork.

  • Work & Align: Partner with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work efficiently.

  • Resolve & Support: Proactively identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and morale.

  • Implement & Adapt: Support the adoption of process improvements and workflow enhancements.

  • Ensure & Maintain: Verify that deliverables meet quality standards and align with sprint goals.

  • Guide & Elevate: Encourage teams to achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity and performance.

  • Cultivate & Inspire: Build a positive, accountable environment where teams take ownership and enjoy their work.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.

  • Certification: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) required.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of software development processes and Agile methodologies.

  • Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding of Scrum principles, artifacts, and techniques (e.g., user stories, backlog refinement, definition of done).

  • Agile Frameworks: Familiarity with additional Agile methodologies such as XP or Crystal.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on servant leadership.

  • Problem Solving: Proven ability to address challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working with technologies such as SQL, REST Services, C# .NET Core, Bootstrap, and Vue.js within a cloud environment (e.g., Azure).
