Required Qualifications:
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
Preferred Qualifications.
At least 8 years in implementing CIS solutions for Utilities.
Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
Should be able to do AS IS, To Be models, do the CRPs, able to do the product fitment or fit gap analysis
Should be conversant with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Familiarity with Oracle CC&B, Data Model, web services & BPEL services
Exposure to US (Regulated and De-Regulated) Markets
Experience of leading development team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ready to travel to client locations as needed
Roles & Responsibilities.
Business Development for Oracle based solutions like Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS- Driving revenues
Making Go-to-market CC&B/C2M/CCS solutions to various clients
Pre-sales proposal support for business development
Should be able to lead the design, build, test and deploy solution in Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS with proficiency in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows)
Conduct functional workshops with business for CC&B/C2M requirements
Conduct the demos during the functional workshops using the CC&B/C2M product
map the customer requirements into the product and suggest workarounds/solutions for the requirements
develop functional design documents from the Functional specification documents and configure the CC&B/C2M/CCS package to meet requirements for projects in this area.
Build configurations for the product.
Should be able to guide, mentor and review the end-to-end solution and perform issue resolutions during support /Post-Go Live phase.
Should be able to assist the Testing team with the functional areas to be tested.
Team player and is also expected to help the project team with any functional issues that may arise during the course of the project.
