Position: Senior/Lead ServiceNow Implementation Business Analyst (ITSM)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months with possible extension
Position Overview: ServiceNow Implementation
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of ServiceNow's standard modules including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and perform analysis required to build ServiceNow modules
- Capture business requirements and test configured functionalities end-to-end
- Participate in design, testing, and transition of Service Management and Service Integration Solutions
- Perform thorough data analysis to provide requirements for developers
- Support test phases with development and testing teams
- Gather core configuration requirements and translate them into design models
- Manage implementation processes in coordination with developers
- Support and maintain requirements traceability matrix
- Create project documentation to evidence requirements
- Assist delivery teams in resolving issues and improving service delivery
- Decompose high-level information into actionable details
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and provide training
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis
- Experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly HAM, SAM, and CMDB modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
- Experience in IT service management processes
- Knowledge of requirements management and documentation
- Experience with Financial Services/Insurance industry
