Job Details

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Lead or Salesforce Solutions Architect to oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation, solution design, and technical delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, architecture leadership, and strong hands-on development experience, coupled with excellent communication and multi-shore team coordination skills.Required Technical Skill Set
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Data Loader, LWC, and Aura Components
  • Solid experience in Salesforce Administration and L3 support activities
  • Strong knowledge of Gearset and GitHub for source control & release management
  • Working knowledge of Jira, JSM, and Confluence for project tracking and documentation
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • 5+ years as a Technical Lead / Architect
  • Proven delivery experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Apex, LWC, Aura
    • Trigger frameworks, test classes, governor limits
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, Gearset
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira workflows, and Confluence documentation
  • Experience managing onsite-offshore multi-shore teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience documenting business workflows, architecture diagrams, and ITSM processes
  • Ability to lead and mentor offshore dev & QA teams; ensure code quality and adherence to standards
  • Ability to translate business requirements / user stories into technical design specifications
  • Conduct detailed technical design reviews and code reviews
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and issue-resolution expertise
  • Prior experience leading end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Gearset and GitHub
Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical design authority for Salesforce initiatives
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution design support
  • Drive development and implementation across Salesforce clouds
  • Lead code reviews, enforce Salesforce best practices and design patterns
  • Guide multi-shore development teams with clear technical direction
  • Ensure smooth release cycles via Gearset, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows
  • Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and project managers
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
