Role Description:

• Experienced in CISCO CAT9 - 9800 WLC Administration
• hands-on with 6 to 8 years experience
• This profile requires experience in designing, implementing, and managing Cisco s Wireless Controller systems in addition to troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality wireless services.
• Perform administration of Cisco Wireless Controller CAT9 - 9800 WLC series
• Establish and optimize wireless networks and develop wireless network infrastructure and make recommendations on system enhancements for optimization.
• Design validate radio frequency link performance, quality, and reliability.
• Develop software for wireless technology and provide technical assessment of requirements.
• Include propagation theory, cellular theory, radio frequency engineering tools, and antenna theory to choose tower antenna placement.
• Recommend site upgrades such as down tilling of antenna and reorientation of radio addition
• Monitor Wireless system applications to ensure peak performance
• Assist in quarterly system Health check deviations remediations
• Provide regular status on tasks accomplished, current issues progress toward goals
• Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with other team members across IT and the business Vendor coordination for wireless implementation and troubleshooting
