Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery across liquidity systems and treasury platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
Oversee business analysis and testing activities, ensuring alignment with liquidity risk frameworks
Drive Liquidity Systems Testing, including validation of data lineage and system integrity
Translate liquidity concepts into actionable project plans and testing protocols
Partner with Treasury stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Foster a culture of accountability, grit, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of project management experience in financial services
Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
Strong understanding of Liquidity Risk, Treasury Operations, and Liquidity Systems
Experience with data lineage, system testing, and regulatory reporting
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical thinker with a bias for action and a high tolerance for complexity
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
