Key Responsibilities
Analyze existing P&C processes (like underwriting, claims, and reinsurance) to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholder
Conform requirements by getting business signoff
Breakdown requirements into Features and Stories with acceptance criteria
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, translating complex business needs into technical specifications
Provide support during the implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
Required Skills & Qualifications
Domain Expertise:
Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance lifecycle, products, and market.
Knowledge and experience in Reinsurance would be preferred
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess business needs and data.
Technical Proficiency:
Skills in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with common P&C insurance software systems (e.g., Guidewire).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively to Business stakeholders and global development teams.
