| Position Responsibilities | Title - Salesforce FSM Lead Duration - Contract to Hire (6+ Months) Location - Remote Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service Management solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design FSM workflows, service territories, work orders, and mobile workforce management.
- Configure and customize Salesforce FSM features including territory management, scheduling policies, dispatcher console, service appointments, and mobile app.
- Integrate FSM with other Service Cloud and third-party systems including MuleSoft.
- Develop and maintain documentation including solution design, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting or administration, with at least 2-3 years focused on Field Service Management.
- Salesforce certifications such as Field Service Consultant, Administrator, or Platform App Builder.
- Strong understanding of FSM components: Territory planning, Scheduling Policies, Optimization techniques, Service Appointments with multi-modality and Mobile App.
- Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder) and basic Apex/Lightning components.
- Ability to guide other developers with their technical tasks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce Maps, Einstein Analytics, or AI-driven scheduling.
- Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
