WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
- Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs, Microservices, and JavaScript to deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to design and implement innovative apps, APIs, and data solutions, ensuring reliability with unit testing (JUnit/Spock) and version control best practices.
- Collaborate closely with teams and stakeholders, stepping into roles as needed-whether as a developer, or mentor - to drive project success.
- Gain deep business knowledge to proactively address challenges while investigating new technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability, balancing tradeoffs while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- At least five years of experience overcoming challenges in a full-stack application development and implementation environment using the following skills:
- Advanced level Java, Spring / Spring Boot, SQL, Rest APIs, Microservices
- Frontend experience in a JavaScript framework (React preferred)
- Proficient in developing unit tests (JUnit/Spock) and adept at version control
- Demonstrates a collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork
- Motivated to explore and adopt new technologies through diligent research and investigation
- You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
