Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work with multiple systems and tools (Zendesk, CRM platforms, order management tools).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer-first approach.
Analytical mindset to identify trends and propose solutions for process improvements.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with automation tools or scripting to optimize workflows.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).
