Description

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical lead and administrator for Oracle Cloud EPM applications (PBCS/EPBCS), including Planning, Workforce, and CapEx modules.
Manage all aspects of Oracle EPM administration, including metadata configuration, user provisioning, security roles, and application artifacts.
Leverage experience with HSC (Hyperion System Configurator) or FMM Planning for performance tuning, system setup, and troubleshooting.
Design and maintain complex forms, business rules (Groovy, Calculation Manager), dashboards, and Smart View reports to support business requirements.
Support financial planning and forecasting processes in close partnership with FP& A-budgeting, reforecasting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain data integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, or SAP).
Monitor application health, conduct system maintenance, and support upgrades, patching, and change management processes.
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training and documentation for system functionality.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud EPM (PBCS/EPBCS); prior Hyperion experience acceptable with recent cloud exposure.
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle administration, including configuration and performance tuning via HSC or FMM Planning tools.
Proven ability to design, administer, and troubleshoot Oracle EPM applications with a deep understanding of system architecture and planning processes.
Functional knowledge of FP& A and financial planning cycles-budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Advanced skills in Smart View, Excel, and financial modeling techniques.
Solid understanding of metadata management, data management (FDMEE/Data Management), and integration best practices.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle EPM or Hyperion certifications.
Familiarity with scripting (Groovy, SQL, or Python) and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with large-scale system implementations or EPM optimization projects.
Knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
