Job Details:

Title: Database Analyst

Duration: 12 months

Location: Salem, OR

Duties & responsibilities:

*) Ivanti ITSM and Neurons for Discovery/Configuration.

*) Data Modeling, Data Analysis, DBA, MySQL

*) Familiarity with CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) and Asset Portfolio Management (APM).

*) Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices, especially Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Change Enablement.

*) Experience with CMDB best practices and automated discovery tools.

*) Understanding of service catalog structure and line-item-level procurement workflows.

*) Experience working on state government or similar public sector IT projects.

*) Building and managing scalable, clean, and auditable datasets in support of enterprise ITSM and ITAM solutions.
