We are seeking a highly experienced Kyriba Assessment Lead to guide the evaluation and strategic planning for Kyriba's treasury and cash management platform within a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation for a municipal utility transitioning from SAP. This role is critical in determining the feasibility, business value, and implementation path for Kyriba adoption, aligning with future-state Oracle Cloud Financials and utility treasury operations.
The Kyriba Assessment Lead will facilitate workshops with stakeholders, assess current-state processes, define integration touchpoints with Oracle Cloud, and deliver a comprehensive roadmap with effort estimates, benefits, and risks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery and stakeholder workshops to evaluate current treasury, cash, and risk management processes.
Assess the fit of Kyriba's solution against the organization's treasury needs, compliance obligations, and operational goals.
Identify and document functional and technical integration points between Kyriba and Oracle Cloud ERP (e.g., GL, AP, Cash Management, Bank Interfaces).
Develop a detailed assessment report with recommendations, including:
o Implementation readiness
o Key gaps and considerations
o Roadmap with phases and milestones
o Estimated effort, costs, and resource needs
o Risk and mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, IT, and ERP program teams to align on future-state architecture and process flows.
Produce executive-level summaries and presentations for program sponsors and decision-makers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Kyriba Functional Expertise: Proven experience with core Kyriba modules including Cash & Liquidity, Payments, Bank Connectivity, Risk Management, and Forecasting.
ERP Integration Experience: Strong familiarity with Kyriba integrations to ERP platforms, especially Oracle Cloud ERP, covering GL, AP, and bank reconciliations.
Assessment and Roadmapping: Demonstrated ability to conduct platform assessments, develop business cases, and outline implementation strategies.
Finance Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of treasury operations, bank relationship management, cash positioning, and financial risk controls.
Utility or Public Sector Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with treasury and funding models specific to municipal or publicly owned utilities.
Reporting and Documentation: Skilled in producing high-quality reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-system ERP transformations (SAP to Oracle Cloud).
Prior participation in Kyriba implementations or vendor selection processes.
Understanding of regulatory requirements for public sector treasury and finance operations.
PMP, CPA, or treasury-related certifications (e.g., CTP) a plus
