Job Details
List of tasks to be performed:
Analyze, review, and accept the Business Needs Statements BNS, Epics, Features, and User Stories
Document to trace Business Requirements to Technical Requirements. All approved IT Development requests must have Epics and Stories created and tracked in Version One
Designs computer solutions along with team Architects and Engineers
Establishes project estimates
Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures
Provides direction to the development and testing cycles
Drives scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design
Ensures delivered solutions meet/perform to technical and functional/non-functional requirement
Provides technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to service owners
As Scrum Master backup, assist with Agile Ceremonies and release management.
Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc.
Knowledge with the following qualifications:
Knowledge/experience with Agile Methodologies
Knowledge of Version One or similar work management tools
Able to present and communication at all levels within an organization
Demonstrates forward thinking in how technology can support modernization efforts.
Incident Management Ability to lead as a Critical Incident Manager to restore production applications impacting events.
Able to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge (2+ years experience) of one of more of the following qualifications:
Able to present and communication at all levels within an organizationWorking knowledge of Java, UNIX, and SQL using Oracle DB
Able to present and communication at all levels within an organizationPrior Management Leadership Experience
Required Experience Level:
Able to present and communication at all levels within an organization
Minimum of 5-7 years experience, in technology or software development preferred,
Educational Requirements:
Able to present and communication at all levels within an organizationA degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred.
NOTE: If resource does not have a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
