• Strategic Project Guidance: Provide expert guidance to project teams, ensuring the precise programming and meticulous maintenance of a comprehensive suite of Electronic Security Systems (ESS), including access control, video surveillance, badging systems, work order platforms, and specialized safety technologies.
• Collaborative System Management: Partner effectively with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain, design, test, and implement cutting-edge ESS programs that meet evolving organizational needs.
• Proactive Performance Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor security system performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure uninterrupted operation and optimal effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with Help Desk, Network Services, and other IT teams to swiftly resolve service interruptions and maintain system stability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field. Equivalent experience may be considered (Associate degree with four years of relevant experience, or seven years of direct experience).
• Demonstrated experience within substantial and intricate IT environments, encompassing a diverse array of Management Information Systems applications and technologies.
• Familiarity with server hardware and networked environments is highly valued.
• Must possess or have the capacity to acquire essential factory certifications, including but not limited to those related to leading security platforms such as Software House, Milestone Video, Salient Video, Zenitel Stentofon, and infant/pediatric protection systems.
• A strong understanding of security applications (e.g., Access Control, Video Surveillance, Emergency Intercom, Infant/Pedi Protection, Intrusion Detection) and their operational dynamics, along with an appreciation for their impact within a sensitive environment.

• Experience in large, complex information systems environments with a wide variety of Management Information Systems applications and technologies is desirable.
• Experience with server hardware and in a networked environment is desirable.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain factory certifications from Software House (C*Cure 9000 Enterprise Architect), Milestone Video, Salient Video, Zenitel Stentofon Emergency Communication, and Centrak & Elpas Infant/Pedi Protection Security Systems, along with other system requirements.
• An understanding of security applications (ESS: Access Control, Video Surveillance, Emergency Intercom, Infant/Pedi Protection, Intrusion Detection, etc.) and their operations, as well as the subsequent impact on the environment of care, is preferred.
