Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Build and maintain new complex Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) environments in the North American region. Provide mainframe infrastructure support for vendor products, including IBM and Broadcom. Interact and communicate with various teams within the Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) organization. Closely work with application partners for new projects from initiation to production cutover. Research and perform root-cause analysis of operational issues and work with the vendors to come up with permanent resolutions for critical problems. Handle all engineering and integration work for mainframe content and output management products including CMOD, Broadcom's VIEW, Deliver, and WebViewer products. Provide state of the art solutions to business, application, and report teams for archival and storage of business-critical reports, statements, documents in CMOD, and VIEW repository. Coordinate the product installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades for Output and Content Management (OCM) products. Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders and participate in firm mandated controls and compliance initiatives, all projects within the group, and in creating a technology domain roadmap. Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals. Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements. Recommend product customization for system integration. Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation providing infrastructure support for vendor products within the financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Navigating and performing job requirements within frameworks including IBM utilities, Job Control Language (JCL), Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF), and Spool Display Service Facility (SDSF); Working on z/OS operating system with Unix System Services (USS) and zSeries File System (zFS) to support IBM's Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) software; Using output archival tools and products including CMOD, Broadcom's VIEW, Deliver, and WebViewer to capture and archive high volumes of financial documents including business reports, credit card and bank statements, and legal documents; Building and maintaining complex CMOD infrastructures using Security (Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), Top Secret Services (TSS), Terminal Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network, Database (DB2), Object Access Method (OAM), Storage Management System (SMS), System Modification and Product Extended (SMP/E), System Automation (SA), and Job Entry System (JES2); Troubleshooting endpoint client connectivity issues using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol, cipher specs, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, and keyrings; and Utilizing a programming language (either Restructured Extended Executor (REXX), Common Business Oriented Language (COBOL), or Assembler) on the z/OS operating system. 40 hrs./wk.
