Job Details

We are currently hiring a Field Service Lead for a long term contract located in the Dallas Ft. Worth area The ideal candidate must have an experience as a Team Lead, Manager, or other Leadership position. This position requires at least 3 days onsite in one of the locations listed below. If selected, your duties and responsibilities associated with this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Performing planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and disciplinary actions.
  • Serving as an escalation point and assisting in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware failures as needed.
  • Providing technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts
  • Providing exceptional local leadership and mentoring to junior Technicians

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • 4 yrs. of prior work experience providing white-glove executive level support
  • 5 yrs. of prior work experience leading a support team
  • 5 yrs. of prior work experience in KPI management
  • 5 yrs. of prior work experience troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment.
  • 5 yrs. of prior work experience support Microsoft Productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams.
  • Must be located in any of the following areas:
    • Dallas
    • Fort Worth
    • Waco
    • Atlanta
    • Paris
    • Wichita Falls
    • Amarillo
    • Lubbock

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 yrs. of prior work experience creating technical knowledge articles
  • 4 yrs. of prior work experience utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment
  • 5 yrs. of prior work experience in a multi-vendor environment for support operations.
