Summary

As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and execute the AI product strategy for technology that contributes to a social impact initiative, with a focus on nonprofit customers. You will collaborate closely with sales and business operations to drive technology solutions for registration, eligibility, fraud detection, customer support, and offer signups.

Typical Day in the Role

Team Purpose:

Supports internal operations and digital systems within an enterprise IT organization, specifically for a legal and social impact-focused group. This includes tools supporting legal workflows and initiatives aimed at nonprofits and educational institutions.

Key Projects:

Contributing to AI investments supporting nonprofit and education-focused initiatives, including product recommendations, streamlined registration, and improved support connections.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define product strategy in collaboration with business owners and engineering teams
  • Write product features and specifications to guide development teams

  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and rollout planning
  • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes
  • Present to steering committees or project sponsors

  • Proven product management experience, including feature writing and strategy
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
  • Adaptability and sound judgment in dynamic environments
  • Quick learner of business processes and effective communicator across levels
  • Risk assessment and management in tech applications
  • Experience delivering solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) required
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience
