Join our dynamic team as a Jr. IT Project Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing IT projects. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills and leadership abilities in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of Windows and macOS systems, ensuring smooth transitions and retirements in collaboration with internal teams and service providers.
  • Enhance and automate OS provisioning and onboarding processes using tools like Autopilot and Jamf DEP.
  • Ensure compliance with OS settings and policies, addressing any gaps through documentation and remediation.
  • Discover and implement new OS features and best practices to improve security and user experience.
  • Collaborate with virtualization, OT, and security teams to align with company compliance standards.
  • Guide and manage projects with service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and runbooks in partnership with service providers.
  • Act as a backup escalation point for Intune-related issues.

Skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing IoT/OT systems and addressing their unique challenges.
  • Proficiency in OS lifecycle management and related tools like MECM, Intune, and Jamf.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Windows and macOS administration.
  • Experience working in large, cross-functional teams or with managed service providers.
  • Knowledge of automation technologies such as AppleScript, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Office 365.
  • Agile certifications and experience with project management methodologies.
