Job Details
- Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a solid understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting tools. Proficiency in Salesforce's declarative tools.
- Experience with user and data management, including security settings.
- Familiarity with data migration and management tools like Data Loader.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard objects and capabilities.
- Familiarity with building and customizing reports and dashboards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide user support. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not mandatory.
