Location: 100% Remote (They need to work 9-6 Central Time Zone hours)

This is a Healthcare Enrollment QA role, focused on testing Medicare/Medicaid enrollment systems. The most important requirement is hands-on experience with the TriZetto Suite used in healthcare payer environments.

Top Required Skills:

  • TriZetto Suite (Elements – FRM/EAM/DLM Framework/TCS/Facets) – Anyone of these should be fine, most candidate mention these keywords in resume instead of Trizetto
  • MMS; Automic; Control-M; Python – FLEXIBLE ON THESE SKILLS
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, and test documentation tools (qTest, Jira, HP ALM, etc)

 

Job Description:

  • Develops or prototypes data management solutions.
  • Designs, develops, tests, and deploys software solutions and process flows complying with standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Identifies, assesses, and formulates architectural impacts and solutions from business requirements.
  • Collaborates to ensure application designs utilize appropriate patterns and standards.
  • Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints, including the ability to estimate work needed.
  • Collaborates with Application Solution Architects, IS Business Analysts and other technical resources on the delivery of application functionality.
  • Participates in tier 3 application support activities including incident management and the assessment and delivery of application upgrades and patches.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
  • Performance: To perform the required duties and exhibit the ability to test projects engagement around requirements.  Will be measured against ability to perform these tasks with a high level of autonomy.  Sync up with product owner and manager on any gaps or process changes.
  • This role will require hands on training on the enrollment applications within the vendor suite.  Test Automation experience with applicable app stack (see experience section), so that the candidate can properly carry out daily activities, project requirements and project delivery.  Having a background in both Medicaid and Medicare Enrollment is essential, and previous experience with TriZetto (EAM/TCS/Facets) applications are a plus.
