Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 8+ years of experience performing systems engineering, architecture, integration, and testing for software-intensive space programs for defense and intelligence missions
- 5+ years of experience with solution architecture, leading the technical direction of ground systems
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture, Agile system development and design, cloud computing, and DevSecOps
- 5+ years of experience working on an Agile Delivery Team, using a task tracking tool such as Jira
- Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle of major system acquisitions
- Ability to work with and brief senior-level government and military leaders, and drive and explain solutions and technical direction
- Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and define technical strategy
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with SYSML and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience with business development, DoD proposal writing, and delivery
- Knowledge of the Space Development Agency (SDA) and the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA)
- Knowledge of the nation's missile warning capabilities
- Ability to travel CONUS up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
