We are seeking experienced RCM + BI Consultants with a strong background in healthcare analytics and business intelligence tools.
The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), data modeling, and dashboard development, and will be skilled at turning complex data into actionable insights for healthcare leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in BI development and analytics, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated exposure to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Tableau experience also acceptable).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including hospital leadership, clinicians, and IT.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and usability.
