Job Details

JOB TITLE: GIS Program Specialists

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
ESRIs Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software
  • Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
  • Deployment and implementation of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
  1. Configuration and development of web applications
  2. Publishing of web services
  • Development and implementation of ESRIs Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System
  • Leveraging Safe Software s FME Enterprise subscription
  1. FME Form for workflow process development
  2. FME Flow for automation of workflows
Transportation Business Systems
  • GIS
  1. Vector and raster datasets
  2. Linear Referencing Methods and Systems
  • Pavement Management System
  • Traffic Monitoring System
  • Construction Management System
  • Asset Management System
  • Project Systems
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
  • Deployment of VertiGIS Studio for enhancement of ESRIs Enterprise for ArcGIS platform



***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
