Role: SAP Integration Lead / Testing Lead (SME)
Start: Immediate
Duration: 1-to-2-year project
Location: Remote / Occasional Travel
Role Summary:
The SAP Integration / Testing Lead will be responsible for end-to-end integration and testing strategy across multiple SAP modules, ensuring solution stability and business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-module integration and testing activities
Define and manage SIT, UAT, and regression testing strategies
Coordinate testing execution across functional and technical teams
Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and external systems
Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting
Partner with business stakeholders to validate end-to-end scenarios
Support cutover planning and go-live readiness
Provide post-go-live support as needed
Travel to Arizona, Illinois, and Delaware as required
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of SAP integration and testing leadership experience
Strong cross-functional SAP knowledge (PP, QM, EWM, MM, SD)
Experience with S/4HANA implementations
Ability to lead complex testing efforts and drive accountability
Strong communication and coordination skills
