Required Qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience in the role of Scrum Master.
- ship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or other relevant area.
- Experience with servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, situational leadership, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Team Agreements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Acceptance Criteria.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools.
Required Skills:
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification from Scrum.org or Certified. Scrum Master (CSM) certification from ScrumAlliance.org.
- Supporting and educating the product owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Ability to adjust to requirements evolution.
- Excellent Communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form.
- Knowledge of the SDLC and interrelationships with agile development.
Desired Qualifications:
- Past experience as a software developer.
- Experience with cloud.
- Knowledge of containerized deployments (Docker).
- Knowledge of web development.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
