Integration - Sr Developer

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a talented Integration Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. This role involves collaborating closely with solution architects, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing integrations that support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Integration Solution Design:
Analyze integration requirements and design robust integration architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.

Integration Development:
Develop, configure, and deploy integrations using tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Service Bus, and custom connectors.

API Management:
Develop and manage RESTful APIs, OData endpoints, and web services to enable seamless data exchange between systems.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Implement monitoring solutions, diagnose integration issues, and resolve errors to ensure high system reliability and performance.

Requirements Analysis:
Work with business analysts, solution architects and stakeholders to understand gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Documentation & Reporting:
Document integration designs, configurations, and workflows. Provide regular updates and technical documentation to stakeholders.

Security & Compliance:
Ensure integrations adhere to organizational security policies, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements.

Best Practices & Continuous Improvement:
Promote integration best practices, evaluate new tools and technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide a solution based on a customer scenario.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics products.
  • Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience with data migration and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior experience collaborating with client stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.
  • Proven knowledge of client operations, policies, and programs, with an emphasis on client-facing technology solutions
