Must-Have Hands-On Experience (Highlights):

  • 5+ years of Workday Integration experience
  • Hands-on with Workday Studio, Extend, RaaS, EIB
  • Integration with Payroll, Absences, Time Tracking, Benefits vendors (ADP)
  • Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, XPath
  • Strong Workday HCM module knowledge: Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time & Absence

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skill Set:

  • Workday Extend, Studio, RaaS, EIB, Complex Calculated Fields
  • SOAP/REST Web Services, XSLT, XPath, Document Transformations (DT)
  • ERP & SaaS connectors, Custom Reports, SOAP UI
  • Payroll interfaces (PECI, PICOF)
  • Data conversion (iLoads, bulk loading)
  • MS Excel (Advanced)
  • SDLC & Production Support
  • Troubleshooting, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ticket tracking systems

Client needs a Workday Integration Consultant with strong experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM modules. Must be skilled in Studio, Extend, RaaS, EIB, Web Services, and Payroll/Absence/Time integrations, with solid SDLC, production support, and problem-solving skills. Candidate should handle complex inbound/outbound integrations, data conversions, and report transformations, and work collaboratively with HRIS teams.
